Programs that we offer

Welcome  to Blackbird Counseling! We offer many options to help manage your Mental Health. 

Individual Therapy

The client is treated on a one-on-one basis with a therapist.  Individual therapy allows the therapist and client to focus on building  rapport and working together to process the client's struggles. 

 Couples/Family Therapy

Work with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members.

Group/Workshops


Involves one or more psychologists who lead a group of roughly 6  to 10 patients. Typically, groups meet for an hour a week.  Many groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain or substance abuse. Other groups focus more generally on improving social skills, helping people deal with a range of issues such as anger, shyness, loneliness and low self-esteem. Groups often help those who have experienced loss, whether it be a spouse, a child or someone who died by suicide. Groups are changing frequently so please contact us if interested
